Hello there. My name is Nic.

I’m glad you are here. It takes courage and vulnerability to seek out therapeutic support. The search for the “right” therapist is not an easy one and takes a significant level of resiliency!

For most, the choice of a therapist is based on many variables. Overall, I believe, the “correct therapist” for you has to be a good “relational fit.” They also have to have a high regard of professional ethics, and the necessary clinical knowledge and skill to help with your concerns. In addition to ethics and clinical knowledge, I place a significant emphasis on the collaborative nature of therapeutic process and approach each and every therapy session with a high regard to honesty, transparency, and security.
